The Company and its Regulator, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, have been informed about a person or persons who have published incorrect, false, misleading and malicious information about the Company and/or about disseminating emails and/or other electronic messages, in this respect.
It is obvious that such actions against the Company are nothing else but a desperate attempt by scrupulous imposters who wish to damage our successful business model by attempting to confuse, detract and/or mislead our many, long-standing and loyal clients.

In this respect, the Company wishes to clarify and confirm that the Company does not have any relation, connection, link or association, of whatsoever nature, to any other sites or web links that may include the name FxPulp.
We would like to emphasize that FxPulp is already taking all necessary legal actions to vehemently and vigorously defend the Company and its clients interests against those who have carried out these malicious actions, in our endless efforts to protect our clients and maintain the integrity of our service to them.
