As a client with us, you can request a withdrawal, change your bank information, change your account leverage, reset its login password – if lost, change your correspondent e-mail address with FxPulp, and many other requests related to your trading account and your information as an account holder with us.

For such requests, you can fill the related request form (PDF format), sign it and send it to the related department via electronic mail or fax. Your request will be processed within one business day of receiving it.
